Song Of Today!! Frenzal Rhomb - Russel Crowe’s Band
Man Of Steel, the new Superman movie, opens in theaters nationwide today. Aside from being one of the most anticipated movies of the summer, it also sports an absolute killer cast featuring Henry Cavill, Amy Adams and Lawrence Fishburne. With all of the great names associated with this movie, I predict that the most powerful performance will come from Russel Crowe as Jor-El, since he’s essentially inheriting that role from Marlon Brando. Brando was so incredibly memorable as Jor-El that I feel that Crowe can’t be anything less than at least attempting to be at his level. So today’s song is dedicated not only to him, but his musical endeavors, as well. NEVER FORGET!

Tonight is the night! All of the cool kids in NYC will be at the Housing Works Bookshop Cafe for the Bookrageous BEA Bash! If you don’t already listen to Bookrageous, it’s probably one of the best podcasts on books & literature on the net, as listening to it will demonstrably keep you up to speed with the best releases coming out. Basically, you need to listen to Bookrageous if you want to be a cool kid.
